Dark chocolate

One needs to consider consuming it within limits to avoid the ingestion of excessive sugar and caffeine. 

Citrus

Women who wish to enjoy sweets but don’t want to have sugar or any other added substances can stick to citrus. One can enjoy the treats such as limes, lemons, and oranges that are packed with Vitamin C and fiber and feel relieved from the bloating and mood swings.

One with a sensitive stomach during periods needs to avoid eggs.  Every woman does end up having periods and it becomes necessary that one does have enough idea about the consumptions that are to be made and avoided.
